Police Station Procedures
Enforcement Officers often interview in their office, at customers premises or alternatively at the suspects home. However, due to non-attendance and the impact of the Proceeds of Crime Act, the need to have suspects arrested is increasing. Anyone conducting interviews in Police Stations will need to be familiar with the relevant Police policy and procedures.
