Identity and Document Verification
Identity Fraud is one of the fastest growing areas of crime affecting many different types of people from all areas of society. Increasingly, staff that meet the public are required to check identity and also need to be aware of the different ways in which documents can be manipulated.
Asking the correct questions to establish and confirm identity are also equally important.
Who should attend?
All staff who are required to verify identity details, including those who scrutinise documentation to establish the correct identity of a person.
Course Aim
To provide delegates with the necessary knowledge and skills to question individuals to establish their identity and what to consider when examining documentation.
